Pick up an order in our store

You can pick up or purchase the items at our shop at the address Naugarduko str. 99, Vilnius, Lithuania, as long as we have them in stock.

Road and rail

For delivery we usually use automobile and rail transportation.

We send the items through courier services, such as DHL, Venipak, etc. The average delivery time of our goods is 7 days. We ship the goods on the day of order. Delivery times to different countries depend on the size and specifics of the order.

Air Freight

Using air transport, the order can be delivered to all countries within 1-2 days.

Price of delivery

The price and time of delivery depends on the size of your order and other specifics. For each order we have an individual approach, the methods of delivery are selected depending on the situation.

The cost of delivery to countries outside the European Union does not include customs costs.

Return

If the items are not broken or otherwise damaged, they can be returned and refunded within 14 calendar days from delivery. We do not accept returns in case of special-order items.
